Diane is our Jill-of-all-trades staffer. She handles a long list of administrative tasks including software renewals, billing coordination, project and workshop support, as well as coordinating WIDS special activities such as meetings, User Group, and catering events.
Prior to working for WIDS, Diane was the Assistant Director for the Property Acquisition division of WTCSF. She helped coordinate and complete annual certification of inventory and annual compliance checks. She administered reports for the division, trained and supervised support staff, and responded to media requests. Diane also trained and supported our customer base on use of web sites for acquiring property and maintaining their inventory and created seminars for them to increase their knowledge on how best to use the programs. Her role also included marketing efforts to increase awareness of division programs.
