As director of WIDS since 2013, Leah Osborn leads a team of highly qualified Learning Design Consultants with the goal of providing creative, state-of-the-art instructional design solutions to our clients. 

Terri Johnson

Associate Director, Product Development/Training

Terri brings more than 25 years of project management, curriculum design, collaborative development, and WIDS software implementation experience to WIDS.

Tessa Campbell

WIDS Software and Curriculum Consultant

Tessa Campbell brings over nineteen years of teaching and instructional design experience to WIDS. She began her career in education as a high school science teacher in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin.

Melinda Reiter-Schroepfer

Learning Design Consultant

Melinda has 20 years of  technical college teaching and administration, curriculum design, assessment, and academic and industry accreditation/certification preparation, process, and training experience.

Val Bielinski

Learning Design Consultant

Val provides over 20 years’ experience creating and managing learning opportunities for private industry and higher education.

 

Lynn Neitzel

Learning Design Consultant

Lynn Neitzel brings over 30 years of experience working in education, from K-12 through Higher Education as a teacher, curriculum and assessment specialist, instructional designer and most recently serving as the Director of the Center for Teaching and Learning at Blackhawk Technical College (BTC).  

 

Owen Smith

Learning Design Consultant

Owen Smith brings nearly 15 years of formative facilitation experience with the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development, Bureau of Apprenticeship Standards, during which he collaboratively developed and enhanced registered apprenticeships for occupations across the Wisconsin economy. 

 

Diane Sutton

Training and Consulting Support Specialist

Diane is our Jill-of-all-trades staffer. She handles a long list of administrative and support tasks and is always ready to take on new challenges.
